Payment must be made at the time of order. We accept credit card, PayPal, Afterpay & Shop pay.
In the event of a pricing error or incorrect product information, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for the product(s) listed at the incorrect price.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship products Australia-Wide. Shipping times and costs may vary based on the destination.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Dahlia & Dove is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.

Changing/Cancelling an Order
We begin processing your order immediately to ensure a seamless experience. For this reason, we can’t accommodate changes once placed. This includes cancellations, address or shipping updates, discount codes, or item adjustments.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@dahliaanddove.com with your order number.
Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for customised orders.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days after receiving the returned product. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
No returns or refunds on sale items. We do not offer "Change of mind" returns or exchanges on sale items, custom orders or wedding orders.
