Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@dahliaanddove.com with your order number.
Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for customised orders.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days after receiving the returned product. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

No returns or refunds on sale items. We do not offer "Change of mind" returns or exchanges on sale items, custom orders or wedding orders.
